Our first newsletter of the week introduced the BIG difference between using your knowledge for either ADVISING or COACHING.
You can use everything you know to:
ADVISE: You can answer your customers' questions and explain your products and services.
COACH: Or you can use your hard-won knowledge and experience to coach your customers.
In our first newsletter, we gave you some guidance about when to advise and when to coach.
Our mid-week newsletter introduced the idea of digging deeper when coaching customers. We introduced a simple yet powerful process for asking some terrific coaching questions.

Here are some questions to help you reflect at the end of the week:
Did I try coaching customers? This is a closed question! The answer is either YES or NO. If your answer is NO, the next question is, why didn’t you try coaching customers? Not convinced about the approach? Were there no opportunities this week to coach customers? If your answer is YES, proceed to the following questions! 😀
How did your customers respond? When you did try to coach your customers, how did they react? What were the best parts of their reactions?
What was the most challenging part of coaching customers? Now that you pause and reflect at the end of the week, what was the toughest aspect of this week’s focus on coaching customers?
What have you learned about coaching customers? What were the most significant and valuable lessons from your experience of coaching customers this week?
Maintaining what you’ve learned: How will you retain this focus on coaching customers in the weeks and months ahead?
